Despite the wet weather many ladies braved the elements to play in the Lady Captains Drive-In Competition on Thursday.
Everyone played a Texas Scramble Fun Competition. The winning team was Carole Heselton, Fiona McGrath, Jen Mitchell and Sophie Driver who took the Lady Captains prize.
Runners-up were Allison Nuttall, Hazel Sellers, Julie Taylor and Janet Whitaker.
Third place was taken by Lynn Friend, Julie Robertson, Debs Carter and Julie Singh who also won guess the length of LC Drive 130 yards.
A wonderful afternoon tea by Julia Duffy and her team was enjoyed by everyone.
Her team received an Easter egg each as a thank you from LC.
Lady Captain Carol Fletcher said, “Thank you everyone for your support, especially on such a wet day. I thoroughly enjoyed playing with my team, Chris Thurston, Jenny Stewart and Sally Blenkinship”.
