Captain George celebrating completion of his 72 hole sponsored marathon raising a further £1800 towards his restoring of the balcony fund
Our annual Ascot Day at the club yesterday was a great success with 94 attending, including several new faces. The ladies were all impressively dressed in their finery and the Tote was kept busy all afternoon. Many thanks to Raymond Bradley and his team for organising the event which raised £1,345 for the Balcony Fund.

Our summer festival was a great success and was attended by almost two hundred members, families and friends, half of whom took part in the walk. Steve Farnsworth and his band got feet tapping and hands clapping, and our own answer to The Supremes – The Swingettes – really got the party going. A big thank you to those members who worked so hard to make the event successful. The bar, BBQ, marquees, and entertainment gave the event a professional feel and the event raised £2,168 towards the Balcony Fund.. A great day for all!
